We are just 7 minutes’ walk from Hadrian’s Wall Trail. 10 minutes’ walk

from Gilsland village, on the border of Cumbria and the Northumberland National Park

Five good-sized, practical ensuite rooms

with top of the range zip-n-link king-size beds or twin beds

Single occupancy and family / multi-occupancy rooms are available.

There are drying facilities for wet boots and clothing

along with an overnight laundry service.

Breakfast is served in the airy dining room

The Guest Lounge Bar offers local ales and a global selection of wines

 Order packed lunches for the next day's hike

Denise and Gerry are keen walkers and have warmly 

welcomed guests hiking and biking Hadrian’s Wall since 2004. 

We have in-depth knowledge of the Trail and the surrounding area

 and are happy to offer any help or advice.
